today is last day of year 2008.hohoho~merry christmas!maybe I should wish happy new year 2009 d.hehe~well,in year 2008,worst things n best things happened.those worst just forget about it,those best stuffs are I know so many best friends,like Yanyi,Jeffrey,Yin Yin,Wenqi,Liyen,Yiting,Xian,JJ etc.although we argue frequently but after awhile our friendship even better.XD

overall,2008 is a wonderful year...from I stepped in this school, went to science centre, Hari Koko, til I stepped out the school.And thanks Jeffrey brought me to Shinobi,a right choice,a very nice and fun club.we went to the competition,rolling on the ground.haha~I won't forget it.

so~hope everyone got a happy and nice new year!!2009,hope you meet the right person.byebye!2008!those bad and sad stuffs must be forgotten and not brought to mind.XD

wow~but i think dis year i m not really celebrating.I m still in Petaling Jaya n all my relatives are in Penang.not like last year,we celebrated in my Uncle David house dat near Gurney.he bought a turkey,n his wife,who is a British,had made some sauces n gravy for it.damn nice man.n my cousin,his son,come back from England n made a chocolate cake.

For this year,actually i planned to go countdown today,but no mall got dis occasion n no one wanted to offer their house.so just canceled.So this Christmas is my most lonely n boring Christmas.haiz~how you celebrate ur Christmas Yin?hope u have a happy time!yea~

well,the only thing can cheer me up is although Liverpool draw Arsenal,Chelsea also draw Everton too!dis mean that Liverpool still on the lead for Christmas~n Terry got red card is a bonus!yu-hoooooooo.

experience of making cupcakes

My sis Did some research thru the net... and found some recipes.
From the recipes I found, me n my sis choosed the 'Coca Cola Cupcakes' coz is the easiest. my sis tot of baking it for her bf as a birthday present n also to prove tht she can bake...lol(i dun think she can!!!!)
Hahaha~!!!

Here's the recipe...
Coca cola cupcakeIngredients
Part One- 1 cup coca cola or other cola drink-
1/2 cup butter-
1/2 cup vegetable oil-
1/4 cup powdered cocoa-
22 large marshmallow

Part two- 2 cups all purpose flour-
2 cups sugar-
1 teaspoon baking soda-
1 teaspoon vanilla-
1 cup buttermilk-
2 large eggs, beaten

MethodPreheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line cupcake pans with paper liners. These cupcakes work best with the silver metallic liners.

Part one
1. In a small saucepan mix cola, butter, vegetable oil and cocoa.
2. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add marshmallows.
3. Place lid on saucepan and leave until marshmallows begin to melt. Stir well.

Part two
1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Combine Part One and Part Two in the mixing bowl.
4. Spoon cupcake batter into cupcake pan liners until they are 1/2 to 2/3 full.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Coca Cola Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
- 6 tablespoons coca cola or other cola
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 and 3/4 cup powdered sugar (one 1 lb box)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method
1. In a medium saucepan, mix together cocoa, cola, and butter. Heat over medium heat until melted then bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla. Stir until blended well.3. Let frosting cool until stiff enough to frost cupcakes.

Fyi, It didnt really successful. I give it 50.1% la our of 100%. The texture of the cupcakes wasnt tat good, but the taste is fantastic.
After doin some evaluation, is either we put less better of we put too much milk.
The recipe comes in 'cup'... which is abit hard for us to estimate how much half cup of butter is. And... we have a tough time looking for buttermilk. So we replace buttermilk with milk and add abit of buttermilk essense (I know is weird~!). Mayb becoz of that the texture didnt seems to come out like wat we expected.
my sis did the cupcakes frosting the next day by herself because i went for my dancing practise.
The forsting tasted exactly like 'ferrero rocher'. Just tat is abit sweeter la...(my sis is not good at baking...honestly)hahahaha!!!!but i m..*claps*

The Day The Earth Stood Still

Hohoho~merry christmas.XD last wednesday~went curve wif yanyi,wenqi,liyen,JJ,yiting and xian(yi sou).when we reached there,we straight away to cineleisure to buy tickets for 'The Day The Earth Stood Still'.We thought we meet Cik Rozihan wif her boyfriend.haha~we shout her name many times n turned our back behind.No wonder no respond,becoz she is not her!!wakaka~XD

well~the movie~not bad i think.the starting part damn cold~they countdown for the UFO to crush down to the city~but den the UFO slow down n land down on the padang smoothly.I duno why the movie called 'The Day The Earth Stood Still'.I think after the UFO landed~the earth still spinning wad... ...still got day and night wor.XD well~moral lessons:I leart dat if we cant solve some complicated maths problem,we can ask help from Aliens.wakaka.

after dat we went to play bowling~the machine something wrong d.anyway,juz JJ,Yanyi n me play onli.the girls went to have lunch.

After bowling we went to eat IKEA sausages!Wei Yang's favourite.XD guess wat!?we met chang wang.he spotted us too~but he never choi us.we were so excited.

We joined back the girls n headed to Popular. Xian go to the stationary department n take a marker pen to sign on my shirt.She said she was 'teating'.Good idea man!nex time we can bring our homework there. wenqi,yiting and liyen bought some books.n some one called Muthu phoned yiting at the counter.haha~they still duno hu was behind it!!!hahahahahahaha~~wakakakaka.ohya~thanks xian for giving me the letter 'M'.

well,we went for pool after dat.we oso played soccer.JJ super srtike damn pro.XD,the girls scared of it.hehe.we went to the christmas trees there to take picture.at the end juz left JJ n me,we walk around n chat.We went to Borders to search for Harry Potter.we walk abt 1 n a haf hour after 5pm.nice talk!JJ

I straight away went to JB from there.thought can meet Yin at JB new Jusco.she had performance there.I guessed Yin join a circus team!hehe.den i back to here on friday nite.well~dis is the day the eath stood still.XD

today is friday.still nothing to do,so juz post something.haha~1st of all.Hohoho~merry christmas!!

Arh~today is Friday,n tomorrow is Saturday!!wow,amazing.XD -.- miss my fren(s) very much,she dun believe it. life in Penang not bad.sorry Yin,cant stop eating.i m in great pressure,every single member of the family complains i m too thin.so they force me to eat.another factor is,i eat more at here becoz food here is a lot better than KL(I mean my mum's).Meals here are prepared by my aunt.got over 30 years of cooking(my mum juz got two years experience,she started to cook ever since we moved from Penang,now we are going back,she can rest.XD).huh~their aim is to feed me til very big saiz~like i was when primary T.T~my popo keep asking me never join KRS nex year in Chung Ling.coz my cousins in KRS practising marching til become Obama.XD

Here reali very comfortable n well,besides the wheather,freaking hot.water no nid to boil wan.XD wakaka~but duno why i miss Petaling Jaya very much,maybe i left my heart there.=] christmas is near.haiz.i keep wishing others merry christmas,but no one gives me christmas presents yet.tot u all noe wad to do.never give nevermind,yanyi still ask from me!T.T

Back From Penang

BOoOo~juz back from penang yesterday...nt a long journey compare to JB to Penang.haha~n i used to travel so far d.sitting in the car~admire those scenes...thinking when will arrive...missing you...

dat time u were in peformance...so cant chat wif you...very boring.haha~den we went to eat chicken rice in Ipoh.after dat,i juz admire the scenes around...scared cant see nex time d...maybe my life dat travel from others towns to hometown will come to an end.i will stay in KL until after Christmas.nex year,honestly duno got chances to come back here or not,coz my house here my parents rent from the owner,n the contract valid til nex march.n i have no relatives in PJ,got 1 in Cheras.so my mum wont visit here again juz for shopping n let me meeting my frens.but i wil try to ask her drop me at here,so dat we can have a gathering.XD~i reali miss you,n you all.

1. Sundays - 52 Sundays in a year, you know Sundays are for rest.
Days left 313.

2. Summer holidays - 50 where weather is very hot and difficult to study.
Days left 263.

3. 8 hours daily sleep - 130 days GONE.
Days left 141.

4. 1 hour for daily playing- (good for health) means 15 days.
Days left 126.

5. 2 hours daily for food & other delicacies (chewing properly & swallowing) - means 30 days. Days left 96.

6. 1 hour for talking (man is a social animal) - means 15 days.

Farewell Day

well~2day i went to BU4 to do something related to transfering skul...i arrived there by 10a.m. Pn Hazura sat in a corner and was using computer...i never spotted it at 1st~den I ask others teacher where is Pn Hazura~den i decided to call her mobile phone.I called Jeffrey n Cik Chong...oso called Yin n Yan yi but failed.then i asked from Cik Rozihan.

Pn Hazura was doing the results thing dat time... she asked me to wait.so i waited for 1 n haf hr~11.15AM i still never got my result~Jeffrey asking me where r me liao...so i got the latest result~i got 9th...Yan Yi got 19th...jeff got 29th(becoz we r three musketeers,i think number 9 can be our lucky number XD)Yin got 25th...Wenqi got 5th...Yiting got 12th...sorry for liyen~cant see urs.

den i arrived at 1U at 12pm.dat time they r playing bowling,sorry for bringing bad news!!!!den we went to watch the Coffin~u better dun lie in the coffin...dats the moral value i got.she can even feel me trembling when holding my hands.the GSC damn cold,til my sweat on my hand frozen.

den we go eat food(i think so).we walk n walk n walk~laugh n laugh n laugh...Jeff n Yan yi bought a metal pick...thanks ya~gud present...small enuff to bring wif me.den Jeff n Yan yi went back le.haiz~soo yeng n siew jun were like very shy...no talk much.den we abt to leave...i told my dad to pick me up at 5pm,he came at 6pm.thanks for wenqi for giving me the book of my story(how cm nid u to tell me abt my stories?haha),liyen the CJ7,Yiting the fan,Pika the cushion,Yin the letter n card,and all of u hu sign the shirt.the shirt reali nice~before leave...we say gudbye to each other,like very happy,n kiss goodbye to her...~hope we can meet again.den i straight away to Penang.

Kay,at 1st i dun wan go yuk chai,coz i think dat the ceremony will be damn boring.But my mum woke me up,actually is shake me up...so~no choice...

1st i went bu4...to do the transfer skul stuff...we requested some stuff abt the transfer form,the clerk dunwan change a new wan,he juz crossed out the wrong wan...den my mum scared the form cant pass throught the JPN...asked to meet Pn Soh,same thing happen.So my mum juz hope the JPN will recognised the form.Now hardly enter chung ling butterworth d.50-50~Yin hopes the transfer fail(n my frens here i think)...but my frens in Penang n the headmaster of clb pray for pass~

den I met Pn Hazura,again.I asked her to return me Peka n all stuff~she said not ready yet,still lack KH projek.den we set off to Yuk Chai.and u can noe the story happen from below.Maybe nex week i won go back to penang 1st...thanks for the farewell~my mum need to go earlier.she will be going on saturday midnite.At home~i got scolded again~coz i forgot to ask the result from Pn Hazura.-.-' the result nid for transfering de.so dat is another prob...My mum decided to do for my sister 1st.I nid to wait for a while.

Today!!!

today is yuk chai's standard 6 students' graduation day. I went to sch because of my cousin bro n to look 4 my teacher. As Matt's sister who is standard 6 n got 7 A's in UPSR was in my sch, expectedly matt was there too...

So, me n Matt berjalan-jalan around my sch. During this ceremony, Matt's parents sat at the 6 n 7 chair counted from the second line of the chairs from the right.(sorry!!!is complicated...) Matt act so coward because he scard his parents saw him wit me...He keep on hiding...hiding.....then, we saw soo yin n jing yi. We were shock when we met each other. HAHAHA=P After tht, we continued our perjalanan.............

I were playing wit Matt's phone while his mom-A.Chin sms him wit:' Pls come back.'
LOL...at last, his parents still spotted him. Sadcase matt!!!!!!

I feel so sad today.because after jing yi left, me, matt n soo yin juz hang around the sch. Actually i should leave earlier so tht i wun be a light bulb....Haihz...sigh...i feel so bad~(i need to blah dis out although i noe i'll be kill by Matt!!!! sorry lo)

Anyway,this morning was a nice day.Sky is blue, matahari so terik..........hehe~



There still left 1 hour n 45 minute to the next day. Time passes so fast...Few more weeks or maybe few more days, matthew will be leaving. very she bu de...but cant do anything!!!!!sigh~

me n yi ting notice him in our sch n in 2 matahari is on monday or mayb tuesday(i remember is after pjk) As a pengawas koperasi, i help him to buy koko card n stuff. besides tht nothing else.....

I hate him quite a lot at 1st...he is from pulau pinang - some very famous sch la n his chinese damn pro.the first term of exam i got 79 because of him. wat's his result i forget liao. At tht time, i hate him a lot a lot a lot. but everything change when something happen.......................................

As u noe I sat with Keng Han(what a sadcase)...den i started to scan the class...found Jeffrey handsome face~Yan Yi leng zhai face of coz~Some faces looked familiar...reali~like Jeff,Yan Yi,n Yin's...i wonder i saw somewhere...

den...as I could remember,I started knowing some frens...1st wan is Kadri,2nd Keng Han,3rd Yan Yi,Jeffrey,Wei Yang...den i campur in the gang...

I truly noe her when(if no mistaken) around May...saw she was emo-ing(as she usually does),soon I found out emo is a part of her life (said dis I m gonna get scolded),den we become frens.gud frens... ... ...

den from her I noe their whole gang...den duno how Liyen become my daughter,wenqi becm my sister,Yiting become our maid,Yan Yi becm my aprrentis... ... a bit complicated ya~
